There were an air conditioning and a balcony in the room, loved that. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a reasonably clean bathroom. The hotel's location was magnificent and unbeatable in the lake. Everything met what we needed and I had an excellent stay for a visit to the national park.

Location: the hotel was just off two restaurants, supermarket and national park, and the park and bus station. Everything was perfect, well-appointed and exceptionally good room on ground level.

The location was very convenient, being close to Guesthouse Franjkovic and a local swim spot and hill nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and excellent. The bed in my double room was very comfortable.

This guesthouse is the perfect location for exploring Plitvice National Park, as it is within walking distance of both a supermarket and two restaurants. the apartments are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. the shared outdoor space offers stunning views of the countryside. the host is accommodating and even allowed for a late check-out.

There were some minor issues with the kitchen facilities, such as a lack of spatula and only two out of four stove tops working properly.

The owner even gave us helpful tips about buying online tickets in advance. I also appreciated the laundry room with washing machines and a dryer. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location.

One minor aspect that could be improved is the inclusion of a smart TV that allows guests to connect and cast apps from their smartphones. Additionally, some more kitchen equipment and extra pillows would have been beneficial.

We had a great time during our Christmas break. The hotel was conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants which made it easy to find food. The room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed. the hosts were friendly and helpful, offering transportation to the nearby attractions.

The hotel's proximity to the main road made it incredibly noisy at times, which disturbed our sleep. the lack of privacy in our ground floor room was an issue, as we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time.
